The carefully harvested grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, and immediately fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks. After the malo- lactic fermentation, the wine is aged in used barriques for 6 months, then filtered and bottled.

Tasting notes:

Deep red, in the nose fragrant and light, on the palate it is elegant and dense with notes of cherry, black pepper and liquorice. The Campet has a harmony of soft tannins and acidity and is long in its finish.


Best with grilled or fried meats or with cheeses.
