Hand-harvested grapes are immediately crushed and fermented in steel tanks. After a short aging period, partially in barriques, the wine is filtered shortly before bottling.
Dark purple red in colour, with aromas of dark berries. An elegant wine black cherry and plum flavours, a balanced acidity, and a long harmonious finish.
Wonderful with pork, and lighter meats with spicy sauces.
