After careful harvest by hand the grapes are immediately de-stemmed and crushed.  Three days cold maceration, are followed by fermentation steel tanks.  After the malo-lactic fermentation the wine is aged for 18 months in medium toasted barriques and 6 months in steel tanks before they are lightly filtered and bottled.

Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red in the glass, and in the nose a full-bodied bouquet of berries. Dense tobacco and chocolate aromas are present on the pallet and balance well mild tannins and acidity, rounding off with a long finish of coffee and vanilla.


Perfect pairing wine with red meats with dark sauces, game or matured cheeses.
